Healing Movement Class
Healing movement class is a free movement classes are a free-form movement experience where you will be led to take the guidance and move with the music in a way that feels in alignment with your body and soul. The movement I teach covers the universal blueprint of all functional movements.  You will learn how to move your physical body, the energy that surrounds your body, your mind, and your soul. This experience will help you to accelerate your personal growth and brings concepts applicable to your daily life.  I will also give you tools to cultivate deeper trust within yourself and increase your ability to connect to your intuition and your knowing.

I will teach you how to effectively work with your mind,  your thoughts. We waste so much time speaking to ourselves in a way that is unkind and harsh. You will be provided with very useful and practical tools so you can change that narrative and speak to yourself in a loving, respectful way.
