Studio Policy

24 hour cancellation policy for all private and semi-private sessions. Cancellations are online only.
12 hour cancellation policy for group classes. Cancellations are online only.
All purchases are non-refundable.
Grip socks are required for all classes and private sessions. No shoes allowed on the reformer.
All packages, classes and sessions cannot be transferred or shared.
Auto-Pay requires 30 day cancellation notice. Packages renew monthly automatically. Contract minimum 3 month.
If you are waitlisted for a class, please be prepared to come to class. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer are able to make it to class. If you make it off the waitlist and it is within the 8 hour period before class starts, you are responsible for the class.
All classes and packages have expiration dates. Dates cannot be extended.
Please arrive on time so there is no disruption of class flow.
If you are on a Monthly Membership or Contract , a $25 reservation fee will be charged for late cancellations (less than 12 hours before class start time) or no-shows.
