First of all, please be comfortable! It helps the teacher if the clothes are not too baggy, so she can see your body and check your alignment during the exercises. Capris or leggings with a tank top or fitted long-sleeved shirt is just fine.
Online signups on MindBody are coming soon!
Toe socks, water and a towel (if you like to bring your own.) We provide towels and we have water bottles handy in case you forgot your water.
If it is your first time here with us, we will have you fill out our health intake and other preliminary forms. We will start your session by going over your health history and discussing how it affects your Pilates program. You will be getting an introduction to the Pilates Reformer and the Pilates Principles. We will watch you carefully as you are taken through the basic introductory order of exercises. We will take note of what we see and address how to proceed with the session that day as well as the next couple weeks.

Covid-19 Studio Policy

Hard Core Pilates is currently following CDC guidelines. Masks are not required for those fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Please contact the studio with any questions or concerns about this policy prior to coming to class.
